Delete your Little Wheel account
You can request permanent deletion from the customer app or contact us when you cannot access the app.
Request deletion in the app
Sign in to the Little Wheel customer app, open Profile & Settings, select Delete account, type DELETE, and submit the request. This is the quickest and most secure option.
Request deletion without the app
If you cannot access the app, email us from the address connected to your account or include your registered phone number. Never send your Login PIN, Transaction PIN, OTP, BVN, or NIN.
What happens next
Little Wheel will verify account ownership and help resolve any wallet balance, active vault, pending payment, withdrawal, or dispute. We will keep you informed while the request is being completed. Once those checks are resolved, the account is closed and personal data is deleted or anonymised.
Records we may retain
As a financial service, Little Wheel may retain transaction, identity-verification, fraud-prevention, audit, dispute, and regulatory records where Nigerian law or another legal obligation requires it. Retained records are restricted to those purposes and are not used to keep the deleted customer account active.
