Getting Started
Little Wheel is a financial platform designed to help you build savings habits and achieve financial freedom. To get started:
- Download the Little Wheel app.
- Create your account and complete verification.
- Set up your savings vault and start saving.
Account & Profile
For account-related issues, including updating your profile, changing your password, or recovering access:
- Go to Settings in the app to update your personal details.
- Use Forgot Password on the login screen to reset your password.
- Contact us at support@littlewheel.io if you are locked out.
Transactions & Payments
If you experience any issues with deposits, withdrawals, or transfers:
- Check your transaction history in the app for status updates.
- Pending transactions may take up to 24 hours to process.
- For failed or disputed transactions, email us at support@littlewheel.io with your transaction reference.
Security
Your security is our priority. We recommend:
- Never sharing your PIN or password with anyone.
- Enabling two-factor authentication in Settings.
- Reporting any suspicious activity immediately to security@littlewheel.io.

How do I withdraw my savings?
You can withdraw your savings from your vault via the app once your lock period has ended. Go to your vault and tap Withdraw.
How is my money kept safe?
Your funds are held with licensed financial partners and protected by industry-standard security measures.
How do I become an agent?
